name change: We’ve evolved. After nearly a decade with Urban and Lounge in our branding, we’ve outgrown the name and expanded into something bigger—something that truly reflects who we are now. Welcome to The Portal, your gateway to wellness.

the spa: THE SPA IS NOT CLOSING! We’re simply downsizing to create a more intimate and personalized experience. We will still offer private manicures and pedicures in treatment rooms, accommodating up to two people at a time. While we can no longer host larger parties, we remain committed to high-quality self-care experiences.

gift cards: Yes, you can absolutely still use your gift cards! The spa is still open—we’re just downsizing. Your gift card is valid for any spa, float, sauna, and wellness services.
 

what practice means in the portal: Practice is more than movement—it’s a ritual, a commitment to yourself. It’s your yoga practice, your breathwork practice, your meditation practice, your movement practice. It’s showing up, again and again, to grow, strengthen, and evolve.​

Memberships & Reformer Pricing: Reformer Pilates will have its own separate membership and class rates. 

Unfortunately, your current yoga and mat Pilates membership will not include Reformer Pilates classes. Due to the high costs of equipment, maintenance, and specialized instruction, Reformer Pilates is a separate offering, just like at most studios.

- Your current membership still includes yoga and mat Pilates as usual.
